NTD offers our Distributors a braod range of personal services in connection to our products.
Customer & Technical Support
The customer support is in first hand provided by our Account Managers and Customer Support department. The customer support is available via telephone and mail during ordinary office hours. This support covers for example;
- General customer support and coordination
- Sales and marketing
- Order handling
- Installation support
- Mechanical support
As a complement to the general support Distributors gets thru the Account Managers and Customer Support department, NTD provides a technical support specialized on electrical and construction/design questions.
Sales & Product development
NTD offers a toolbox to enhance and make the sales process smooth and quick. The content includes for example PC based programs for planning, quatation and site specific drawings.
NTD provides marketing materials and also arrange Distributors meetings were experiences and tips are traded among our Distributors.
Our Distributors have an active role in the NTD Product development process. All we do is customer driven.
Training
NTD offers a training program for technical and sales personnel and can be performed at NTD or on site at the Distributor.
The training program is mainly divided in three levels;
Level 1: Introduction / New personnel
- Basic product knowledge, i.e. be able to install an A and B lift
- Deals with design/security/function/standards
- Multifocused on sales/installation/maintenance
- Documentation
- Diploma for Basic authorization
Level 2: Continuation / Experienced personnel
- Deeper and broader knowledge in areas covered in Level 1
- Problem search, tuning and environmental adaptation
- Documentation
- Diploma for Supervisor authorization
Level 3: Specialists / Supervisor personnel
- Tailor made content
- Diploma for Expert authorization
The training courses can be attended by up to 10 persons and is normally 2 days or 16 hours. Time schedule for the courses will be flexible according to the Distributors demands and needs.
